ROACH INFESTED. I moved down here from out of state only to find 4 COCKROACHES chillin in my new apartment. Immediately paid 350$ to be let out of lease did not move in anything besides 2 bags and some food that went right into fridge. There was some brownies in a container sitting on the breakfast bar a roach was right by it. I just came from getting food I was ready to do some cleaning sanitizing feed the kids a frozen pizza and eat my food but could not I lost my appetite. I didn’t even use the stove to cook I was so scared I checked all they shoes and clothes put them on bags set them outside. Talked with the managers they suggested that I moved the roaches in with my move lied about having roaches etc. it gets worse. They were so rude and just didn’t care at all. I have two small kids with me a U-Haul full of my things a truck on a auto transport and I paid a lot of money for this move only to be lied to and gas lighted. Dawn Cassandra and Briana all denied knowing about the roaches. On top of paying 350$ to move out they locked me in for 60 days so it’s not a automatic buyout they make you stay 60 days and pay two more months of rent and set up utilities. I also have a domestic violence stalker situation that just happened right after this and asked again if I can leave to find anther place Dawn and Casandra said I need to pay 914$ to get out before the 60 days are over. I had to put my things in storage $116 had to get a hotel room for two nights when it was affordable before they became 200$ a night before the IU games my room was 65$ a night so now me and my kids sleeping in my truck. I didn’t qualify for the domestic violence shelter so now I’m waiting for new hope to call back hopefully accept us. Thank God for the nice weather this past week. We moved here 10/31 today is 11/6 we been homeless since we got here because I ABSOLUTELY refuse to live with roaches I can’t do it. I’m taking them to court soon as I get settled because you can’t do people like this with no remorse and steady trying to get more and more money they cold blooded and acted so nice to my kids while I signed the lease lmao. I should have knew it was to good to be true. It was only a 200$ deposit little outdated new plush carpet two full bathrooms three bedrooms natural bright light from the sun shining in I asked myself why would anyone leave here? I pray to God there’s no roaches crossed my mind. Couple hours later four roaches one big fat one starting me up and down on the side of the fridge. One on the breakfast bar two babies and the kitchen floor. I WISH I NEVER MOVED BACK HERE. I lived here five years ago when the Real Dawn was property manager place has gone severely downhill since but I didn’t know until I’m out here of a couple thousand dollars later. You been warned.Update 1/24/24So I did call the number they posted two months ago told her what happened she acted like she cared then called me back and said “we’ll the apartment said they don’t have any roaches etc” so what was the point in talking to you if you was just gonna repeat what they said and not help in anyway? That was a waste of time of course they gonna lie they lied to me as well. They also took my deposit 200$ for cleaning fees even though I never spent one night in the apartment. Me and my kids been sleeping in my truck, hotels and different shelters since I moved here 10/31/23. Biggest mistake of my life moving back here but hey everything happens for a reason. Karma will get them because I don’t have time to go to court and I’m sure they know that that’s why they are able to keep scamming people and getting away with it. I look forward to the day I look them up and the name of the complex is changed and under new management with a whole new team I still would never rent from them I would just be happy all those evil ugly soulless bad heavy makeup wearing bad tan having “women” out of there. I was also almost assaulted and banned from the property from maintenance and staff but I’ll post that on YouTube. Wouldn’t let me update my last post wonder why?

No idea about the apartments but their employees tip less than 10% so they obviously pay terribly or hire terribly.

I will leave reviews when Google starts paying me for my services. Until then everyone gets a 1 star. We all know affordable housing complexes have awful qualities.

I wish I could give this zero stars. The maintenance man was great but some of the office people are pushy and almost rude at times. Also we deep cleaned the entire apartment before we left and that included deep cleaning the carpets. They are trying to claim they had to replace all the carpets cause of "urine" smell from our "dog". We didn't have a dog and anyone who came in there would tell you they didn't smell urine. They are trying to charge us an ridiculous amount for them to "replace" the carpets. All you could smell was cigarette smoke smell where they DID NOT paint before we moved in from the previous renters. That's the only smell you could smell cause it was strong even us cleaning the carpets and such multiple times the smell was still there. Plus the neighbors smoking come through our vents in the big room. We have never NOT gotten our deposit back from places we've rented. We had to move due to the amount of violence around there and so much more.

They will move you in knowing the apartment is infested with fleas from the last tenant! They will try to blame you in so many words! When you on the housing program they treat you anyway! I could of stayed where I was at!!!!!!!! APT 401BEWARE ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

The Reserve At Chandler's Glenn is one of the most supportive properties I've had the pleasure of being a tenant of. Dawn and Cassandra (the two property managers) have such a heart for their tenants here and Glick has made it a priority to to their tenants with with dignity and respect by investing in infrastructure like playgrounds, basketball courts, swimming pools that support families. The community center provides support for the families and cultivating family bonding experiences as well as career advancement support. Especially in times of financial hardship, Dawn and Cassandra are very supportive to provide resources and an empathetic guiding hand to keep you in your home. As long as you are in communication with them about your situation, they will do all in their power to support in the best way they can. Plus, it's well lit and a bus stop is right across the street from the complex. The only downside to this place is the occasional cops that show up to respond to domestic calls occasionally but the managers do everything in their power to provide a safe space to respect tenants privacy and to keep families and young professionals safe so they can get on their feet and grow. The community service coordinating is very attentive and more than willing to help support tenants in their goals, whether it be provide holiday dinners, help families bond with kids over crafts, relay nutrition informtion, or provide research for job opportunities. Also, the maintenance her is top notch. I've never had to worry about a maintenance issue being neglected as they are very responsive and attentive to address the problem promptly. If I could give more this place more than 5 stars I will.

The apartment start okay I like my apartment but the management in professionalism has went downhill and so that's why I give it a 1-star rating the only person in the office I really can talk to is the resident relations coordinator Crest he has done more for me than the past and current manager so and now the current manager allows drug activity in the complex and other things I don't want proof of due to that my health is going downhill quick and to save my own life I have to move I don't think that's fair so if you had children or you have a compromised immune system do not move to the Reserve at Chandler's Glen it's not worth your life

Not a great place to live. Can be noisy. Not great office staff. Can't leave messages at times. Sometimes they don't call back.

I have been at this location from about 2006 - 07 todate , I can't say enough about the level of regard to the tenants. I have seen the change of ownership change hand I think its at 3 times . I have seen management staff change a few times. I will be honest , Tempers have had its point in frustration a number of times on a number of issues not to leave out maintenance issues "What place doesn't" a few times but again every time something big has happen like say up stairs water heaters going out and flooding out structural issues. I have been given a temporary hotel in a few times for a number of big issues. Being a disabled Vet. I see the new owner better then any other then again its now owned and run by a World War Two Military oss / investigator the family now runs the place he past right after or just before they took over . If you have disabled Kids like Autism etal the on cite social service workers are some of the best I have seen. The company does a lot to keep the complex clean . Ever year under Glick they have started complex clean up days and they hold complex parties with food and drinks live bands and games for the kids , local fire and Police come which gives an opportunity to have respect able interaction. The local churches are let to hold parties and cooks out and give prizes to the kids. Holidays are the same they have lotteries to give meats away . It is a Pet friendly company. This company does a great Job of keeping the Drugs and crime down . Being on the bus line your can't beat the rout set up more so if your bicycle junky :) You can load you bike on the bus take it to any stop which makes Bloomington easy to get to place. With Bloomington being a bike town I can been down town and to the B line ie "the rails to trails" which runs right in the middle of town in 10 to 15 min . Lake Monroe parts of on a bike you can be there in about 2 to 3 hours .
