Good experience at this shop. They had two replacement tires that had been discontinued in manufacturing. Saved me money being able to but two replacement tires rather than four new tires.

I recently purchased a used car that was missing the wheel lock key . I asked Tire Barn to help me remove the lug nut and they happily did and free of charge. The manager, whose name i didn’t catch was super friendly and personable. I highly recommend Tire Barn. It’s hard to find great customer service in this world anymore and I found it at Tire Barn .

They don’t carry the synthetic oil or filter I need (even though there is a dealership in town that sells these) so I did not get an oil change. They did however take care of a nail in my tire quickly and professionally. The space is clean, the online scheduler is easy to use and front desk was friendly.

Very nice group of people even tho they wasn't able to completely fix my problem they did everything to make sure my vehicle was safe until I was able to get the repairs needed.

I went in for an emergency tire repair a few hours before my interview in Morgantown. The attendant had my vehicle in a bay within 10 minutes, showed me the problem (a nail), and already had it being repaired. Within one hour, I was back on the road with a repaired tire and positive attitude. Tire Barn has always been good to me whether it be a repair or new set of tires.

Emergency flat, called three other stores and no one else would help us out. The assistant manager was extremely helpful and got us back on the road with as little headache as possible

I purchased tires from an online source. I took them to this store to have them mounted and balanced. It was dark when they finished. Upon leaving, I didn’t make it 1 mile down the road when the weights slung off of 3 out of the 4 wheels. The next day I noticed I had scratches and scuffs on all 4 of my black, aftermarket wheels. I called and talked to the manager. I brought the truck back and he attempted to dispute the scuffs. Afterwards they rebalanced my rims. While pulling my truck in their bay, the “technician” broke the grab handle off the inside pillar. The manager ordered a new grab handle and said he would give full reimbursement for the mounting and balancing, for damages done to the wheels. It took 3 weeks to receive the new grab handle, at which I installed so they didn’t do further damage to my truck. And I’m over a month now on receiving my refund after reminding the store manager 3 times now. I would steer clear of this establishment, unless you’re wanting your vehicle tore up.
