“EDIT: updated to 5 stars from 2 stars: After seeing this owners nice response, I successfully returned my electronic piggy bank to the store. The cashier did the return with no problem, after the first cashier was unable to. They didn’t have any in stock for immediate exchange, but I was able to order one for store pickup, which is great news! Thank you to the owner for encouraging me to come back to complete the return.
Original review: Great selection of fun toys, but unfortunately when a toy malfunctions, they do not accept returns. I was told they only accept returns in sellable condition. This was an electronic piggy bank that malfunctioned (several buttons stopped working, making it impossible to enter or reset the passcode). The store was unhelpful, so I’ll consider this risk before buying any electronics here again.”
“Came here with both of my children for the first time and it was such a fun experience! Staff made the children very happy and welcoming and felt more like an adventure! Definitely recommend coming here!”
“My daughter is so obsessed with her new baby! So happy we made the drive and was able to make the purchase! This was her top gift she’s been wanting and you made her so happy! Thank you for being so kind and meeting with us at the time you did! God Bless!!”
“What a massive collection of collectibles! I brought my friend here, she's from Louisville and apparently she's hit tons of stores like this and she said this is the NICEST collection she's ever seen.
The lady behind the counter was absolutely helpful and way more knowledgeable than I could ever imagine. My friend walked out of this amazing store with a HUGE smile on her face and a bag full of Pokemon goodies.
That's all we are chasing in life is happiness, and this store absolutely provides the dopamine hits we chase.
Ten out of ten.
Will return with other collectors who visit my town.”
“I go to both common room and game preserve for different warhammer items, both stores are awesome places for different reasons. I’m always happy to come to either place and they’re great about ordering things if they don’t have it!”
“Staff is always super friendly and very helpful. I come in occasionally for pokemon tcg products and always end up having a pleasant conversation. Went end today and ended up snagging the last venusaur and blastoise box and the staff member was very excited for me and wished me luck on my pulls. Love this location!”
