“This was an easy pickup for a uhaul. They do rentals of all kinds. I ordered the truck rental online. When I got there I went inside and they used the computer to click through everything and arrange the drop off location. If you are a driver you scan your license photo for them. Easy peazy.”

“Doug was great with the last minute rental after two other places in Bloomington gave me the runaround on having a trailer available. He apologized for not being ready to go but it really was my fault for not doing an online reservation but was told by one of the rental companies near downtown that I could just show up and have a trailer available and when I did no one was there to help and the office was locked so I ended up having to go out to see Doug. Well worth the drive outside of town for fantastic customer service! I had never told a trailer before and he talked to me through it, hooked up the trailer, and made sure traffic wasn't coming as I pulled out onto 45. I highly recommend using him for your trailer and rental needs!”
“Phenomenal service! Highly recommend these guys. Quick and Efficient. Move in and move out season may cause a customers vehicle to be blocked overnight. This is not the fault of the guys inside. I am standing inside and there's a sign beside the desk that informs customers to park at their own risk. I could see how that would be annoying but these guys have ALWAYS treated me exceptionally well. Thanks guys!”
