Just moved here, Zero customer service, just had people stare at me through the door, dunno why yall have stock photos of customer service lol

I called and called and called a provided phone number to resolve an issue I was having. Not only was there no answer, the phone line went dead after a single ring, after the voice mail assured me that an operator would be with me shortly.
This is completely unacceptable.

This is not a customer service location. Every once I awhile, I think the reviews mean I can go do a certified mail drop or something like that. Not accurate. You have to go to another location, it's silly.
