“Buying a used car is a process fraught with uncertainty. You need to befriend an unemployed mechanic that you can drag along to look at cars. I don't have a mechanic friend so I test drove a vehicle with my fingers crossed in hopes that I didn't end up with a lemon. I bought a car from Aba because this place was around the corner from my family that was helping me to purchase it. The experience was satisfactory. The car we purchased isn't perfect, it needs some brake work but other than that it seems okay so far. Fingers crossed ?”
“Purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder through here a couple weeks ago. So far, the car runs great and was both priced and financed well.
I interacted with Larry & Brittany, and both of them did their best to level any concerns I had with the car, although they were either unaware or dissonant about some issues with it. I needed to get a battery, brake pads and a timing kit for the car. The brakes and battery both were explicitly stated to be good for a year.
Pre-purchase, I recommend getting your car of choice checked out by a mechanic, but despite the issues above I've been very happy with the purchase. Both Larry & Brittany are good people, and didn't engage in predatory sales practices which I respect.”
