The tall young guy with the lisp at the counter could use some customer service skills! I came in with 2 questions #1 How do I go about forwarding my deceased mother in-law mail? His answer i need a executive of the will paperwork first.. okay well she died suddenly without a will sooo there isn't an executor, what should I do? His response Well I should check for a deposit box for the will everybody has one. How presumptuous of him when I specifically said she died with no will, and yes we checked 30 days of checking everywhere and everything actually. A little tact would've been nice. Then question number 2 how much to send a death certificate with a piece of cardboard in it to Carmel indiana? Answer about $5 and since it has cardboard in it I will get a tracking number because its considered a package. Okay great but I didn't get a email with a tracking number and this was 5 days ago.

Isaiah did an amazing job helping us navigate four passports. One minor renewal, one minor new, one adult renewal, and one adult name change. The full process was kept to the time constraints set online and clearly explained at each step.

Mail carriers will deliver to the wrong address or steal your packages. Want to open a search request? Don’t. They won’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Terrible service.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Literally just go somewhere else. By far the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Conflicting information on the website and such a hassle to get any service here.

They don't do walk in for passport application. The lady said to get an appointment as they are always full. The website says otherwise.

Although there were several people in line and only 2 employees, it was a fairly quick stop. Both employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and did their jobs well. Plenty of parking.

What good is it to have self-service kiosks if you've got fences and Gates around this place locking it up like fort Knox. Can't believe the expense was wasted for self-service kiosk going into a place that you can't use them!
