“First wellness visit for our new puppy. Since it had been awhile since we had a pet this young, we had lots of questions. The techs and Doctor was so patient with us and provided us with lots of good suggestions. Very clean and well-organized facility. Highly recommend Combs to others.”
“We've been taking our pets to Furry Friends since shortly after they opened, after being disappointed by other vets in the area and how they dealt with our cats. Furry Friends was the first vet in town we felt understood cats, and our cats have done a lot better with them than anyone else we've gone to in town. Recently we had a tragic series of events which ultimately ended with the death of the two cats we had. Furry Friends did everything they could and more to try to save both of them, and went out of their way to support us during a truly awful time. They were compassionate with our animals, and as usual offered us a full brief of potential treatments and tests we could pursue. They really give you options for how conservative or aggressive you want to be, and allow you to customize your price by itemizing out treatment options in a way most other vets I've been to do not do. They are well connected with specialist services throughout Indiana, and if tests or animals need to be referred out, it happens, with results coming quickly.
We have had four different animals cared for by Furry Friends, and they've been wonderful with them all, including an incredibly ornery cat who very much hated the concept of vets, but every veterinarian at this practice along with the techs always treated him respectfully and patiently. They're truly great people, and though they've been with us through some incredibly sad experiences, we're glad they've been here to help care for our kitties.”
“What an incredible vet practice! I was visiting from out of state with a frail and premature newborn kitten who suddenly aspirated and was struggling to breathe. They fit her in and saw her 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday evening, just before closing for a holiday weekend. Unfortunately she had to be humanely euthanized, but the office staff and vet couldn’t have been more compassionate & caring! To top it off, they didn’t even charge me for the euthanasia. If I lived locally I would definitely choose this vet practice!!!”

“This vet is incredible! From when I was first scheduling an appointment they went above and beyond, reaching out to another clinic to get my cat’s vaccine records because I couldn’t find where they sent them to me. Then once I was there they explained everything they would be doing with my sweet girl and had a breakdown of each expense and for the 200$+ expenses they said they would call before doing them. I got a call later in the day about how my sweet girl was doing and it was clear they had spent time with her (they said she was very sassy and vocal lol!) I could not be happier with my experience and I highly recommend this vet!!”

He saw us through our 3 dachshunds and their aging process with CHF, enlarged heart, severe anemia and back issues. Much TLC when we had to say good bye to our last good boy Baron last April. We will continue to see this practice with any new oets as well.”

“My daughter and I took our new pups here. As a vet tech of 30 years. I know a good environment and people when I meet them. We were greeted from a beautiful soul receptionist. We also had my 2 year old granddaughter with us, whom they treated awesomely.
The pups were treated by two amazing techs who informed us as to everything we needed to know about the pups conditions. The pups came from a not so good breeder..
We are looking forward to seeing this great family of veterinary care again
