“Great experience!! Went there on a Tuesday for the 1st time. The employees were super nice. There are SO MANY nice clothes there. Remember, no exchanges or returns. Great for finding things you usually can't find here in Bloomington and some employees go above and beyond to find you a specific item you're looking for, even if it turns out they don't have it.”

“I love the clearance sections. I’ve purchased some great finds for cheaper than second-hand stores. I’m not much interested in anything outside of that because they have upped the prices so much. We love the fit of the jeans. My kids are tall and skinny and old navy jeans are a great fit. The workers are friendly and helpful. Extra plus they have a restroom with a baby changing table!”

“I was greeted and asked what was a looking for. I said a pair of work pants and described my particular set of challenges in finding a pair to fit me properly. The store clerk showed me a pair that she recommended. They were a bit big so the second sales clerk found me a smaller size! Perfect fit!The second clerk didn't unlock the fitting room for me so I just changed out in the hallway.......oh well.I got in and out in about 20 minutes.”

“I love Urban. Half of my wardrobe is from this store. This building is a little small, which kinda sucks because they don’t sell some of my favorite brands like they do online. But nonetheless, very kind & relaxed staff. They ship to you for free if you order in store so that’s nice.”
“This is a great store, the people that work here are nice. There wasn’t a lot of Adidas leggings, when I was there. Found a Nike sweatshirt but wasn’t in my size, came back after a week, and after two weeks, both times they didn’t have it. That kinda sucked, ended up finding it at a different Kohls (close to Indianapolis). Did find a cute pair of shoes”

“First walking in it smell amazing, light and floral. Everything is clean and organized around the store. I had grabbed one dress that caught my eye and right away I was greeted and the cashier took the dress to start a fitting room for me. She let me browse a little more and when ready she showed me the try on room. The clothes are beautiful, floral, lace, ruffles and tiered dresses/skirts with body suits and tops also. They fit well and for the price are definitely worth returning. I bought the dress that first caught my eye and a long float skirt also. I’ll be back for more when it gets warmer out!”
