If you don’t have enough money in your account and you don’t have overdraft on they will charge you a $30 fee for insufficient funds instead of just denying a charge. If you do have overdraft they will charge you the same anyways. The discover debit wasn’t allowing me to purchase things online like on Amazon and I had to request the Mastercard debit 4 times before actually receiving both the card and pin. I would not recommend this bank to anyone

I recommend this bank to anyone searching. The staff are friendly, understanding, and reliable. They work well with customers and they remain professional while still showing kindness, you don’t get that with many places.

I do not write reviews very often and I usually do it when I have really good experiences, but Woodforest is that terrible. Unfriendly staff when I went there all three times. Super unhelpful. Don't explain anything well as to why they can't cash my check from Kroger. Just an awful, terrible bank that I seriously would never recommend to even my worst enemy. I'd feel safer throwing my money in a ditch behind the taco bell then letting it in the hands of these imbeciles.

Just opened a account and some has use my bank card for 100.00 at a gas station. Dont know how it happen but very upset. If they dont have better customer service than they do I am thinki g of going somewhere else. This not right. They should have a 24 hour fraud line.

Not a horrible bank but the online hours are different than the actual hours it closed at 3pm on Sunday not 4 and sometimes you gotta stand there for a few before they notice you
