Horrible place to bring your car. I brought my Hyundai Sonata N line 2025 to do the window tinting terrible job. The film was cut short not covering the corners of the windows. They broke my dash camera not helpful terrible customer service I brought my car for the second time and they did the same problem again they didn't fix it. I took time off from Work just to bring the car to make them fix their problem,It's look like there when you ask for the service you pay for to be done In the right way you're asking too much to them, instead to fix the problem they was trying to justify the problem make it seem like it's It's OK make you look you're asking too much

I don't know what has changed over there, but this year I received unbelievably fantastic service! The crew always did a great job in my opinion, but customer service was non-existent before. Now the whole experience was EXCELLENT! Again, I don't know what has changed, but I hope it doesn't change back. I highly recommend this new and improved Ziebart experience. If you left- give them another try now, you will be glad you did. :O)

Absolutely terrible experience at Ziebart. They called me at 5:12 PM to pick up my car, so I immediately drove 25 minutes to get there — only to find the shop already closed. The person who called never bothered to mention they were closing soon. When I showed up the next morning and explained what happened, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. No apology, no understanding — just attitude. I left feeling like my business meant nothing to them.

I have been taking my car for its yearly inspection and treatment for the past 3 years and it has been okay. This year they absolutely did an incredible job on my car. My car looked as clean as the day I bought it. You can definitely tell the staff takes pride in their work. The staff ant the counter was even very welcoming and engaging. Thank you Sebastian for all of your help.

Not impressed with the ceramic coat I paid for when I purchased my new Denali from Hobson Chevrolet. I had over spray from the undercoating on the right rear quarter and the driver door. Question; so you undercoat after you so call clear coat. Waste of money.

Detailing was very poor. The leather dash was not detailed. It was still dusty. The ziebarted truck bed still had muddy cat paw prints on it. The windshield was still dirty. Dropped off first thing in the morning and wasn't ready until closing time. Did they run out time to finish the detailing?
