“When I first inquired about searching for a vehicle, Daelin stayed on top of it, and called me whenever there was a vehicle that would be a great fit for me. Amazing dealership for first time buyers because of the quick, easy, and reliable service. His brother Dom make the signing very quick, easy to understand, and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing.
Definitely going to come back in the future once the time comes.
The only critique I would give is the cleaning job. There was a dirt scuff that I had noticed prior to the test drive, and was still there after the purchase. As I was cleaning the car at home, I found pretzel and popcorn crumbs in the leather on the shifter along with crumbs and hair in the center console. Nothing a bit of cleaning couldn't fix, and not a reason for me to dock a star. That's just a minor inconvenience against the overall amazing experience!

“We had a radiator go out on our car. Called around to 4 local shops and Knapps was the most reasonable. One shop was over $500 more than Knapps estimate. We had to wait 2 weeks to get the work done, so if you need repairs done ASAP, this may not work out for you. It worked for us because the radiator had a slow leak and we could keep on filling it. Work was done when promised and they held to their estimate. We would definitely recommend Knapps.”

“Sean was my mechanic and he did an awesome job on my Mini cooper! He was very accurate with the price it would be and fixed my gasket quickly and worked with me as to when I could get it there. He fixed it in the same day and it was even a little cheaper than his quote which was great! I will definitely come back to him in the future if I need anything! “My husband and I brought a 2014 Ford Fusion here recently (before that we both had brought multiple cars) and we have nothing but good things to say!! It looked amazing when it was done and it still looks great years later! Absolutely zero bubbles on any of our previous cars. It’s also on the cheaper side in my opinion. I got all the windows done including the windshield for under 400, and our tint is dark. I wanna give a huge thank you to the prep guy, he used to work at Heyerly’s in Ossian, he went out of his way to help me get home in the morning! He was a very nice guy as well. Also the lady that answers phones and sits up front, she is cool as well! I chatted with her before the car got done and she was very personable. Everybody here is very nice and personable, everybody said “good morning” or “have a nice day”. I definitely recommend this place and would 100% come back.”

“We were traveling through Indiana with our 5th wheel RV trailer and needed to replace two tires on an emergency basis. They had the tires we needed in stock and were able to get the work the morning we called them so we could be back on the road that day! We actually wound up replacing all four tires. They were courteous, professional, and got the work done efficiently and at a very fair price. Can't say enough good about this business and highly recommend them.”
“I was told I needed brake pads changed very soon and they offered to change them the same day, but I opted to go to my usual mechanics. The other mechanics said that the break pads were still in great condition and the drum had a tear where debris could occasionally get in and make a noise that sounds like the pads need changed. The other mechanics cleaned out the debris and the brakes aren't squealing anymore. I want to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were not intentionally trying to sell me a service I didn't really need but I can't be sure.

“Someone backed into my passenger side rear door. They replaced the door and did an awesome paint job. And a little extra. I will return for sure if I need bodywork on a vehicle . There great to work with. It may not look like it, but they are.. I'll have more wore for them next year”
