“Elaine Pratt i kept Larry's account because it was the one i used before. Brent quoted me a price and when they could get the parts. I said order the parts. They kept to the timeline and it cost what was quoted. I appreciate that they did exactly what they said.
Sadly that doesn't happen very much today in so many businesses. However, Welchs Ossian does what they say. They fixed my gear shifter and I am happy that my car turns off without warning beeps. Thanks Brent you did a great job. I will return if I have any other problems.”
