I just used the credit card machine. It's a minimum of $3.00 and it automatically shuts of at 3 minutes which is $3.00 worth of time. I was just rinsing my car so thats fine. I check my account and it charged me $10.00. The machine counts down on time and displays the dollar amount. The machine says $3 but my account says $10. No one will answer the phone and the information on the door says they will be available during the time I was at the wash. I'm sure I will not hear from them. $10 for 3 minutes, be aware!!

Good wash. I'm not a fan of the auto, but the bays are usually great. This visit though, the high-pressure soap was lacking and it shut off in the middle of my foam brush step. I was using a card, and that isn't supposed to happen, by my understanding. No worries, as I just swiped it again and restarted. 4 stars is for my normal rating, despite this most recent experience. 5 goes to the likes of Mike's and The Tube... great washes up in FtW. I still recommend this place for a quick and easy wash. ?

Water was cold, you can't wash anything with cold water. And there wasn't enough soap I'm very particular with my vehicles. It was a big waste of time and money. And by the way, it overcharged . And I believe the water's hard.

You can get a good car wash if you can get the credit card reader to work. It needs to be replaced!

The credit card reader does not work well at all. It needs to be replaced. Even swipping slow does not work sometimes.

For a $9 wash? Incredibly disappointed!!! The car looked like it had straight water ran over it. Dirt from front to back and bugs all over the windshield...Will be glad when the other car wash is completed in Bluffton. Otherwise I will drive to Ft Wayne for a wash that has soap and is worth the money!!! I only gave a 1 ⭐ due to the fact I had to rate in order to post! 1/2 a star would be more like it!

Dont use! Spent $11.75 for my car to still be dirty. Tried to wash my car in the bay after the first few dollars were gone tried to use my card it wouldn't take it. I had to back out with soap all over my vehicle told the attendant what was happening didn't offer to help. Went thru to automatic wash when I got Hine 10 mins later my car has dirt and dried soap all over it. Didn't even halfway clean it. Won't be back again

Great soapy wash but I don't like the fact that after the 1st 4 mins run out from your initial $2.75 fee you only get 20 seconds for every .25 cents. Can we get a br8 here? It don't take many of those b4 you could of went to the drive thru
