My husband has gone there for a long time.They always looked on the computer to see what length he likes it cut. He has a lot of health issues and was trying to tell hew he wanted it half inch to an inch she said one? Whe ended up scalping him. I coult have done that for him myself and saved $20, but since he has2 granddaughters graduating,and wanted it to look good,we went there. That will be the last time for us! I don't know why she did not look at the computer to see how to cut his hair.We are on limited income, so it was a splurge to have it done there. I heard about another place he can get it cut for$12 and they won't scalp him.Needless to say, I did not give her a tip! use to recommend them, but not any more!

Arrived at 6:54pm and door was locked. Sign says open until 7pm, their app shows 7, but they closed early and the employees ignored me while I stood outside. I tried calling and nobody would answer. Talk about poor business practices!!

I never got a haircut. My zero minute wait time turned into 30 minutes. I left and decided to go to another shop to get my haircut.

Stylist: All the ladies were very nice. My stylist was friendly and made sure what I wanted. And clean, usually I end up showering to get all the little hairs. Not this time.

My stylist, Brittany, is amazing. She was able to fix the cut I got the week before that was not so good. She was friendly, enthusiastic, confident, and simply wonderful. I look forward to seeing her again in 6 weeks. I will never go to anyone else as long as Brittany is doing hair in my area. Thank you Brittany, you're an amazing stylist, but more importantly, you're an amazing woman! I'm very thankful I met you.

No effort, my hair ended up looking the same as when I walked in and they were spots where the clippers didn't cut evenly so it looked all chopped up.

I wouldn’t even give them one star! the lady last night shouldn’t of graduated hair school by any means! she doesn’t know how to cut hair!!!!! DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE at all!I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK HERE FOR ANY HAIR NEEDS!!!! BAD Customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unfriendly people there!!!

Horrible cut. It looked fine leaving but they used so much hair product its impossible to make it look the same without it. I also showed them a picture of how i wanted it cut, they confirmed they can do it, then proceeded to give me an entirely different haircut. Dont go here, they lie to you. The picture with the glasses is what i wanted and the fluffy mess is what i got.
