Got a letter from the IRS saying I owed when I already paid. Scheduled a phone call appointment for 30 minutes (for 5:30PM), no one called at all. I called HR myself (at 5:36PM), spoke to a representative, she said they may call me still as they may be running late (this was stated to me around 5:45PM). The representative forgot multiple times many basic things, such as how I couldn’t schedule for the next day or how she forgot my timezone five times which she kept asking every minute. The representative spoke as though it’s normal for H&R Block to just forgot client’s meeting (forgetting to even apologize) or for them to not even call at all.

450.00 to file paper could of got done for 300.00 less at home definitely would not recommend and lost a 1000.00 I did it online and in person 8k online 7k in person weird

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The lady we had do our taxes messed them ALLLLL up last year and we are now having to pay the state. Claims to be a tax expert for 10+ years. She don’t know what she’s doing! We paid SO much money to this woman and yet we owe the state too. Literally was told by the state she didn’t file right.
