Great customer service! I was looking for a craftsman battery powered lawnmower at the store in North Fort Wayne. They didn’t have it. I called around to the different stores and the one in Bluffton said they had 4.. so I drove all the way down there and it turns out they didn’t have the one I was looking for. They had an upgraded version that included a leaf blower… they could’ve said “ sorry we made a mistake” but instead they gave me the upgraded version at the discounted rate of the one that I wanted… so I didn’t drive an hour and waste time and gas for nothing… I I believe that managers name is Kayla and she really took care of me.. thanks so much!!

While checking out, there should be a way to scan Google pay without having to have a my Lowes app. I can use Google pay at most locations without issues

It’s sad that I have to make a review like this after spending close to $10,000 at Bluffton Lowe’s over several weeks due to buying a home and needing things including a new mower. The amount of issues, trouble, and disrespect that we have dealt with is unreal. We bought a house in May with a decent amount of acreage so we knew we would need to upgrade to a mower that could handle our property. We ordered a John Deere Zero-Turn on the 28th. The delivery was changed multiple times. We were frustrated but it was okay because we understand things happen. A manager did credit us $80.00 for the trouble and we were very appreciative of that. The mower was delivered in pouring rain and the delivery guy was still great and so kind! After 3 hours of using the mower, the belt snapped and was torn to shreds. My husband took the belt to Lowe’s and they replaced it. He came home and tried to install it and it did not fit. Went back to Lowe’s and they gave him another and that again did not fit. Told him to call the warranty place. So he called and they told him it was a $45 charge to pick up the mower. They called back and told him that since Lowe’s took the original belt that there is nothing they can do because the warranty requires the original belt. We ordered a belt off Amazon and that one ended up snapping as well. My husband called Lowe’s and wanted to just return the mower, all while being in warranty. Lowe’s they said they could have a new mower delivered the next day. We were grateful for that because our yard had been sitting not being able to be mowed due to the issues. The next day we got an email that the delivery had been rescheduled until a couple days later. My husband left work on his lunch to hurry and be home for when it was delivered. It ended up being delivered but we purchased a 54” deck and the one they were trying to deliver was a 48”. My husband was very nice to the driver and explained that it was the wrong size deck and not the one we ordered. He showed the driver the difference in the one we had and the one he was trying to deliver. It was unfortunate but again things happen. He called Lowe’s to let them know what had happened and Marty the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to my husband. Told my husband that the driver said my husband was rude and treated him terrible and that he was out in the yard doing tricks with the mower. My family, neighbors, and I were all outside when the driver was here. My husband not once was rude or disrespectful. We have multiple witnesses for this. Please tell me what tricks you can do with a Zero-Turn?? We are grown adults with children, why would he be out in the yard doing tricks on his short lunch break? We have more respect than that. The fact that the driver lied so bad on my husband and that MARTY agreed with him and then blamed my husband for just trying to return the mower just because and saying nothing was wrong with ours he was just trying to return it for fun. Why would we do that?? We are in desperate need of a mower. Who spends almost $4,000 on a mower to do tricks with and just try to return for the “fun” of it. When I tell you we lost all respect for Lowe’s we did. Our neighbors and family who also usually makes all of their purchases at Lowe’s were so upset by how we were treated and what had happened. They all said they also no longer will be buying a single thing from the Bluffton Lowe’s. What manager talks to a customer like that and let’s a driver get away with such terrible lies. The sad thing is, when the driver arrived we all thought he was nice. My husband and the driver got along just fine and there were no issues whatsoever. The fact that he went back and said this about my husband is sickening. For what reason?? Why would you lie like that? Such a shame that Bluffton Lowe’s has such a untruthful driver and a manager that wants to put blame on us when truthfully something is wrong with it. We are so hurt by this. We used to love Lowe’s and would recommend it to everyone. Not anymore. We are all done.

Not very good. They were not helpful at all. Also the cashier was not friendly.
