I went in with a cel phone issue. The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes, with no charge! I've felt with them in the past with computer issues. They always were able to fix the problem with a decent price and good communication and service.

Their hours posted are incorrect. They have two signs at their location and they don't match. They are not open on Saturdays only by appointment.

I had a virus on my MacBook and needed it fixed quickly for my nursing school exams the next day. I got my laptop back within a few hours good as new!!!! Great place to get repairs!!

I don't often write reviews but Northwood Computer was so amazing I wanted to make sure anyone else in the area who have electronics know how awesome they are. I brought my computer into the store on a Monday morning and was able to get it back that afternoon, and not only did they fix my issue they also cleaned the fans in the case better than I have ever seen them done. I will be bringing in my other electronics and it was worth the 40 minute drive both ways to have a pro work on my tower. Thank you for what you do!!
