If I could give 0 stars, I would. The whole experience is the worst and most horrible I have ever had, when it comes to a vehicle. The vehicles are not inspected, like they say they are. They do not help, without charging an astronomical fee, to fix your vehicle. The staff is very unfriendly. The company does not care of any situations that may occur or arise in your life, you either pay, or get repoed, who cares if someone dies or if you are in the hospital, is their philosophy.

AVOID this place like the plague. This dealership is dirty and Christina was awful to work with. She had a cough and was still on the sales floor. Do not buy any vehicles from here, you will be filled with regret.

The good thing is they make it easy to get a car . They came through for me when i was desprate and didnt have many options. But in the end your paying double , maybe even triple what the car is actually worth which makes it very hard to refinance. Payments are do-able but not ideal.

An ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. Went in to look at a vehicle, was told they couldn’t give me a carfax (which is REQUIRED by federal law), looked up the blue book value of the vehicle which was $13,900 (typical listing price) and they had the vehicle priced at $24,900 BEFORE ANY INTEREST. Not only was the $11,000 difference ridiculous, but they will charge you maximum allowable interest rate by law. Furthermore, I went to inspect vehicle and the oil was black as night (hadn’t been changed), there was no coolant in the vehicle, and the check engine light was one. Please please please, do NOT buy a vehicle from this place. It is a scam designed to prey on people with bad credit. The fact that they want to charge you a total of $45,000 to own a vehicle they probably paid no more than $5,000 for at the auction should tell you everything you need to know. That or the refusal to provide a carfax, anyways.
