Service is always good but the cost to ship something can be absurd at times. Cost $8 to send a 1 inch Lego figurine in a padded envelope. That seems crazy to me!

I went in to get a passport photo and the guy who helped me was awesome! He showed me what paperwork I needed to include and gave me a mailing envelope and label so I could get it ready to send. Renewing a passport is a bit complicated but I was glad he knew what to do.

So helpful! For 35 years, I've ALWAYS had excellent customer service and never had a negative experience. My family can say the same. Great staff and service.
