Best experience in a phone store in a long time. I ported over 4 phone lines today 2 went immediately the other two are pending still. Went back to the store after a couple hours of waiting was given the best customer service, and even an credit to our bill for all the inconvenience. All in all inconvenience on the verizon side but as far as TCC they have the best sales people around.
