Switched from Verizon. Service has been sub-par so far, not much different than Verizon. We had 30 days to bring in our old phones for a trade it (which is great), but get your trade in amounts IN WRITING! Offered ~$800 for my trade in even with a scratch on the screen (I showed it to the lady), so I switched from Verizon. Then, 30 days later, I bring in my old phone and BOOM that ~$800 offer was cut to $350 and there’s nothing I can do about it. Strike 1 ATT. 👍

I went into this AT&T store to trade my iPhone 13 Pro Max in on a iPhone 15 Pro Max. The agent was trying to get me to pay MORE for the trade than was necessary. I’m not getting ripped off!!! I won’t be doing business in this store again.

Collin at the Boonville ATT store was very helpful today in diagnosing what was wrong with my phone. He was not only very helpful, but also kind and patient with me and all of the other customers he helped this afternoon while I was at the store.

Dishonest- $46 in unauthorized monthly charges added to my account even after I asked for confirmation that there would be no charges added to my account besides the price of the phone we were purchasing. This happened to me last year as well. When I called customer service to have it removed, they said, as they did last year, this is a very common complaint pertaining to in-store upgrades. So make sure you check your bill closely!
