We had a great experience with Eli H. helping us, in the rain, to find the right size lug wrench to be able to change the flat tire on my teenage daughter’s vehicle. He went above and beyond to assist us!

Truck lost all power, windows, doors, etc and stopped running. My wife and our dog was with me, it was 80 degrees outside, we just happened to be in the parking lot in front of the TSC store in Boonville, Indiana when this happened.
I walked over to the AutoZone store and told them what happened, Brad said the alternator went out. I had a jumper box in the truck so I attached it got the truck started, but had to leave it attached to drive to the AutoZone store. I needed a new alternator and battery, Brad offered to change the alternator, wow, this was great as I wasn’t able to.
Brad was very nice, personable, polite, he changed out the alternator in no time at all!!
Now that’s a great man and great service, my wife and I were so happy! My wife was also offered to go inside the store but she didn’t want to with our dog.
What a great store! Everyone there was just great, a Special Thanks from my Wife and myself to Brad!!

Stopped in for a couple things while I was in the area and they had exactly what I was looking for. This is probably the cleanest Autozone I've ever visited. Dealt with the manager, I think his name is Kyle. He was super knowledgeable and helpful.
