Would of gave 0, not an option. Got $ 30.00 worth of gas for my Buick Encore. Went across the street to another store. Says 30 on my receipt. But my bank sent me an Email like it always does when I use my card, and it said I was charged 175.00/ then 2mins later another charge for 30.00. I understand a hold for a $1 like usual, but this NOT RIGHT! Now I'm gonna have to keep checking my account.

Well, I used to have nothing negative to say about this store but , this morning changed that. Recently, they've decided to go prepay. I attempted to get gas, not knowing it's prepay. I went inside and asked for pump 5 to be authorized. The cashier stated "we are prepaid only now" and I responded "Well, ok, I won't be getting my gas here" and went outside to remove the nozzle. When I came in to get my drink, they were having a chuckle and laugh saying "everyone is prepaid." I stated "No, not everyone is prepaid. I pass within 50 yards of 22 stations between here and my work." It's actually now 24. Well, everytime I said something, the Manger would say something and all of the employees would start laughing. At last I finally said " I don't know how much it will take to fill my car and I don't want to walk back and forth several times." And she said something along the lines of "so you don't want to..." I heard this clearly and everyone laughed but me... I said "pardon?" She decided to say "nothing, I was talking to her (another employee) about something else. See, she has a clipboard.... I'm not a "the customer is always right" person. Far from it but, if your going to disrespect a customer, do it out of hearing distance. I have a bad knee, a bad hip, 3 bad disc's. On certain days, those walks can be painful. I have a handicap tag. I guess I can start hitting the handicap assist button. Sorry for the long review but, it needs to be said. At no time was I loud, abusive, or disrespectful and I expect the same from the employees where I shop.

For one their EBT (food stamp) machine hasn’t been working for going on 2 months or more!Next I tried to order a simple wrap and the lady said: “I haven’t been trained yet on that table. Can I get you hamburger or a pizza?” Now, I can make a “WRAP!” at home and this individual can’t throw a few pieces of meat together and add cheese and WRAP IT UP!?I’m sorry, but I waited two months to complain!WHERE IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER!?

Fairly nice convenience store with a selection of snacks and drinks. Employees were friendly and quick to process checkout.

I've been coming here for years now. This Chuckles has a Noble Romans inside, which is its best feature in my opinion. The gas station is easy to access from the road in both directions or from 61, and is a good place to stop for gas, snacks or pizza and breadsticks. One warning -the quality of their breadsticks is inconsistent, but the "que bueno" brand nacho cheese sauce helps cover up the random sub-par batch. The only reason I can come up with on this is because the staff turnover seems to be pretty high. The gas station also has an air pump for your tires and diesel and kerosene fuels.

Okay, buckle in folks, so here's a story about the Chuckles at IN-62 and IN-61. Today, I went in and ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, and told them I would be back for it later. They didn't put it in the oven UNTIL I got back, claiming they didn't know if I wanted it half and half, despite me specifically telling them what I wanted. They stuck it in the oven for 4 minutes, and gave it to my mother, who went in for it for whatever reason. It was undercooked, so I sent it back. Got it back, and the thing was burnt to a crisp. Funniest part about it, is they overcharged me. Almost every Chuckles store I've been to has been a horrible experience, be it the messy bathrooms, overpriced drinks and pre packaged food, or something else, but this takes the cake. I've already spoken to the corporate office, but whether or not that turns out anything, I don't know. Seriously. Stay away from this place.
