I really like this goodwill. I think everyone really tries their best and that makes a difference to me. I appreciate that when I talk to the employee they are very cordial and really connect with their costumers . I think that makes a huge difference in the modern world

I am a frequent shopper here but I have to limit myself in this store because it is so hot in there. I can only stay in the store for about 30 minutes before I have to leave because being in there for too long makes me nauseous and light headed. I feel absolutely horrible for the workers that have to be there for multiple hours a day. I overheard another customer tell the lady up front that she complained to the higher ups at another store and they did nothing or said anything about it. They can build a new store and make probably over $100,000 since they’ve opened but this store can’t get any air conditioning?! THAT IS HORRIBLE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Prepare yourself to have a heat stroke if you come in here!

Starting on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday.
The manager in Boonville IN. has the workers go through & take out almost all of the color tags. That would be on sale, for the next week. THAT IS JUST WRONG!
I WILL NOT DONATE TO GOODWILL unless he stops doing that. You guys are also out pricing yourselfs.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would normally I have no problem when I go in there today however I overheard an employee yelling at another employee telling them they don't have to be their boss to tell them how to do their job call them lazy and told them they needed to put on deodorant I was not the only person in the store that heard that they were Extremely Loud trying to mean this other employee and when I asked to speak to the manager after I made my purchase he walked up there so I did not tell him because I told him he would not have liked what I had to say and I would have dared him to raise his voice at me like he did that other gentleman I don't know what his problem is but did you mean somebody like that is absolutely absurd he needs to get it together and definitely does not need to be in management

Prices have been way to high. I just saw a Roger clemens autographed ball for $119. This would be an ok price if the item was really autographed. Its clearly stamped on there and no certificate of authenticy. Several items are priced higher than they were brand new!!! Whoever is pricing this stuff needs to take a chill pill on the price gun. This goodwill use to be great but the pricing had got out of hand!!!

Goodwill is so over priced! Dollar tree items sold by store at 1.25 goodwill selling for 2 dollars.I was going to buy a t-shirt there. A Halloween one. T-shirts were listed as 1.29. But when I get to the register . The total comes to be almost six dollars. I'm in shock I have two items. One is 99. And the t-shirt was listed as 1.29. So apparently there is a list of acceptablet-shirt to be sold for 1.29 and my t-shirt didn't make the list. No where it was charged almost 5.00. If I had wanted to spend 5 dollars on a t-shirt I would have went to Wal-Mart. There I could have bought a NEW one for around 5 dollars. Good will is now on my do not visit list. So disappointing

The Boonville store is the best location in the Evansville area for clothes. The selection is always great and everything hasn’t been picked over. The next 2 good thrift stores is the Princeton location and the Posey County Thrift in Mt Vernon.

Props to whoever appointed new manager. Great choice. Store is organized, shelves full, clean,Customers like the products on the shelves not in the stockroom or storage trailer outside. Few months ago saying the shelves were bare would have been a understatement.Place looks better each and every visit amd the energy is noticeably better also
