Not only am I now able to move without mobility aids again, thanks to an incredible PT and doctor— but also because Newburgh Fitness provides a safe, not-threatening place for beginning athletes to start and then continue their journey. My original goal was to not be in a wheelchair by 40: today, at 37, I ran four miles. A lot of that is atmosphere: working out is a mental battle and NF makes it easy to take that first step, get out of bed, and do something.”

“I love this chain. I’ve had the membership since 2014 and I’ve been able to visit a location in every state I’ve lived in or visited since then, it’s always open, it’s always clean, and never crowded. My monthly membership fee also hasn’t increased in 10 years which is also unprecedented.”
