My biggest regret as a mom is taking my daughter here. I heard her multiple times crying hard and suddenly from Inside the building. She was 4. She is 6 1/2 now. She showed me how her teacher pushed her out of a chair for not staying in her chair. This place completely changed my daughters personality for the worse. They expected to much out her and she came home discouraged daily. She had marks on her arm and this is when I pulled her out. I should of done it sooner. I still cry about how horriable this place was for her. And mom guilt to the extreme for not pulling her out sooner. I will forever for the rest of my life beat myself up for starting her here in this preschool. I will have to forgive myself and I pray that day will come. Do NOT take your kids here. Please. PLEASE read this review and spare your child the trauma. I wish I could give it zero stars and should really report it to whomever it is that can shut this place down.

Tri-Cap has very helpful resources. However, the woman who answers the phone made me feel like such a burden. People call tricap for help, and when she answered the phone, questioned my intelligence, and talked to me like i was lowest of low. I remembered why so many suffer in silence.I sincerely hope she was just having a hard day.

This is a quality place for your child to receive a preschool education. With highly-qualified staff and structured lesson plans, your student will become more than school ready for kindergarten. This facility is income based and does have limits on class sizes. (Based on the facility's size.) My students went through this program and they always make the honor roll.
