I am so sorry that the woman who helped me was so unhelpful! She was abrupt to the point of rudeness. It just negatively colored my day. I will try to avoid this location in the future. I was carrying packages, and a man, just a customer, walking down the front steps, rushed back up to open both the outer and inner doors for me! He went out of his way to help! I just wish the person inside would have done the same.

If you're looking for incompetence this is the place. In 2 weeks I've had two parcels pass through this branch and routed to two other area post offices. The most recent was forwarded and delivered to a wrong address in another county and another town entirely, due to an ALTERED label. And having a degree in logistics myself I was talked down to as a preschooler by the clerk.

I've had so many negative experiences at this location, I dread going inside. Today I walked in and was the only customer and the guy gave me an awful look as he walked up to the counter mumbling "oh Jesus Christ". All he had to do was scan the label on the package that I had already printed and tapped on there. He complained the whole time and gripped about other customers.

Old Days i used to buy a Postal Box now days disabled i have alotta devices my Carrier sends me that technically messes up i never have a problem shipping items if in DOUBT ask POSTAL CLERKS also if AUDITORS VIDEO POST OFFICE let them its good publicity for our Federal Post Offices as well as Private THAT should understand at least have memories i hinting on Auditors cause some are Traveling ALL STATES for Profile of Life. I want us to look good. ?

Tried to call today to get help with my package and the automatic answering machine is way to difficult and really complicated. Never had this issue before you're better off with out the voice machine
