I come here instead of a UPS store for shipments so I know my shipments won't get lost or stolen which unfortunately has been my experience with UPS stores across many states.Also, the customer service hours here are 5-7pm M-F. Google says they're closed Mondays which they aren't. I've corrected it twice and someone keeps changing it back. I've submitted the photo of the hours sign directly outside the door (on a Monday no less) and it still gets rejected.”
