“We were traveling through Indiana and had engine trouble. Called them on Saturday morning and left a message. Owner called us back immediately and even though they were closed, he still agreed to help us. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately and charged us a fair price. He also made the repairs in less than an hour and got us on our way. He then asked us to call him when we get to our destination so he knew we made it okay. Nice to see that there are still people in this world that care and are willing to help a strangers.We highly recommend this shop! “We were on the road from Texas when the tire pressure monitor on our car alerted - turns out there was a screw in the middle of the tread of one of our tires. We limped our way to Warren Tire, which was the closest repair facility we could locate. It was a good find - they took us right in, repaired the puncture for a very fair price, and had us back on the road in no time.”

Although they couldn't end up fixing my vehicle (German-made vehicle), they didn't charge for the work attempting to fix it (diagnosing/recharging batteries) and helped coordinate a tow to the dealership to get the car fixed. “Oh, great! I just started a VERY lengthy review of York Chevy in Brazil. Being sotired AND technologically challenged, I must ? have hit a wrong button ? and lost everything. Being so impressed ? with my experience there, I am gonna start over to leave my excellent ? review for them. I stopped in to see ? a few cars I'd noticed online. It was after closing time so I never expected to talk to anyone. Jeff came out to help me and then Scott came out to also see if he could help. They were great ?, especially since it was after closing time. They had some ideas for other cars that might meet my needs. I told them I'd be back when they were open so they gave me a business card with their contact info. Returning the next week I asked to see them, but I found out that they are both managers. They introduced me to Amy who actually is the salesperson and they explained to her what I was looking for in a vehicle. She was wonderful to work with. In fact, she showed me a car ? that had come in and not even made it to the sales lot yet. They prepared it so that I was able to test drive it that same afternoon. That happened to be the very vehicle I fell in love ❤️ with and purchased that same afternoon. They even worked up an extended warranty that I feel protected by. York went above and beyond with their team making my experience there EXCELLENT! ? Thank you Jeff and Scott and Amy! I best get this posted before I strike another wrong button. ?”

“They are awesome! The only tow company to help us at 3 a.m. when we were stranded on I-70 with a flat in a rental with no spare! Towed us back to his shop, got out the huge piece of metal in the tire. Unfortunately too big of a hole to patch but he had a new tire and put it on in no time! We were back on the road!
