“I was traveling through Indiana to Ohio when my check engine light came on. I really didn't know what to do as I was unfamiliar with the area and concerned the vehicle was going to break down. After encountering several shops on the main Avenue, Midas included, no one wanted to help as they were closing for the day. I turned down a road by chance on Voorhees and saw this repair shop. Jacob came out to greet me and after listening to my story he did not hesitate to help me. He scanned the code and assured me the car is ok to drive. Jacob is an Angel in disguise. You have no idea how that one interaction with a person can make you feel. I made it to my destination to see my daughter at College in Findlay, Ohio. I returned home safe and sound. “The owner of the shop is amazing! We had to send our daughter who is in college to a shop because we live almost three hours away. The first shop we sent her too messed her car up more than it already was so we sent her to this one. I explained that she would be coming alone, that she was nervous and that the first shop we sent her too was a bust. From the time she got there he was extremely friendly and made her feel so comfortable. He kept us in the loop the whole time. He told us what was wrong with it. We then learned her warranty would cover it if she took it where she bought it. He was very sweet and understanding and even checked on her after the other shop fixed it. She started having problems with her car again this past week so she took it back to him where he asked her how she was and was very personable. He had her car fixed that day! I highly recommend him!!”
