“Very honest and got my truck in like they said they would. After testing the brake components they didn’t why I had brake fad and needed to see it happen before guessing. It gives me peace of mind that it was checked out professionally and is safe to drive. I have found Don’s Service to be the place I’ll take my truck issues.”

“Josh was extremely helpful. Everyone in the office was awesome. I barely rolled into there lot spewing anti- freeze. They have a very nice truck parts center, very knowledgeable and have about anything you need. They do not have a shop of there own, but called Justin over at Lambert's truck and trailer repair for me and because they did not have my radiator in stock called around and found me one close by saved me on money and time. I highly recommend them for all your truck parts needs. Thanks Josh and everyone else there. You guys are awesome.”

“I have been bringing all my vehicles to Sir Thomas for 10+ years . I’m treated with the utmost respect as soon as I walk in the door . After many years of coming to this business , I’ve established a relationship in where I’m treated like family and the owner and his family treat and love my kids as I do ! The owner and all the technicians are very knowledgeable and trustworthy and never try to make me buy or replace anything that doesn’t need fixed ! They walk me through step by step (pictures included) on what’s wrong and what needs to be done so myself and my family stay safe on the road. Everything is explained in specific detail so I know what’s going on each and every-time ! I get nothing but 100% honesty and integrity when I visit this shop. I never will take my vehicles anywhere else ! They have kept myself and my family safe on the road for many years and I don’t expect anything less in the future ! If you want good quality work , treated with respect and have the feeling of being treated like family — Sir Thomas Automotive is your ONLY place to get all your car repair needs done from simple oil changes to complete transmission repair , they can do it all ! “I had a wonderful experience! They are a local company and I am so happy that I went here. So many recommendations from Adam's auto as well as friends and family. They, along with state farm, handled everything. All I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up when they said. They have me an amount of time it will take and my car was ready on the date that they said. Now granted I had to wait for a while to get in to get the work done but that was not an issue due to my car still being able to be driven. If I ever need work done again, this is where I will go! Thanks guys for everything! I sure did miss my car lol. I have posted a before and after photo as well. Looks like nothing ever happened.”
