“not enough stars up there for me to select. Just got a call from Becca in Brazil, IN and she was calling to upsell me. I had just canceled my Verizon mobile service & moved to another provider just a few days ago. Instead of just saying thanks, she provided SUPERIOR customer service by helping me with a billing issue. She took the time necessary (which ended up being a good 15 min) to find out a correct method of contact to resolve my issue. This is what customer service should look like. I felt like I went back in time when people actually listened and helped. Too bad I'm not closer to that store. She'd be a good reason for me to reconsider moving back to Verizon at a later date. “We had our bad experience in Martinsville where my elderly friend was completely taken advantage of by the staff who clearly care more about commission than customers. To keep a long, very long, two days of 5 hour in-store wait long story short. We decided to go to Brazil where Heaven and her associate that was scheduled to work on January 26th 2025 were much more knowledgeable and personable. Heaven came in on her own free time to assist with the nightmares Martinsville created. I can not thank her enough. Both of them very professional and kind. They saved the day, and a customer. Thank you so very much ladies. We got exactly what we needed, in spite of the other store trying to convert an apple customer to an android platform while over charging her to do it. Against her will. We will go to no other store from now on.”
