“Conner was very helpful, it was at closing time and he let us consult with him about upgrading to a newer phone, he walked us through the steps and we ordered our choice which it arrived at the store. We went to get it 2 days later and he set up and transferred everything from the previous phone.
It was a pretty quick process, he even put screen savers on both my wife’s phone and mine which was a bonus in the package deal.”
“Daniel was great help with getting my add a line today!! And ashley was great about answering question on the Google voice number!! But Daniel was extremely polite. And I will back again!!!”

“I bought my phone at the store in front of Terre Haute Mall and did not get everything transfered. Came into the Verizon location in Brazil and got great assistance from Matt Norris. He was able to help me get everything straightened out on my new phone”
