Avoid 💯 if you have a live load, it's crazy how long it takes to get loaded even with appointment. Disorganized, it's as if they didn't know truck was coming for a pickup. yet they set up pickup appointment.

loading was at night, the trailer was damaged and no one said anything. I saw it on delivery, if my trailer had been damaged before pickup, they would not have loaded me, it was paper

Really nice ppl. Yardie is this sweet red head lady. She def knows her job and does it well. The guys inside are just so accommodating. Huge yard behind to let your pets roam

Horrible place for your driving hours. The yard jockey and shipping office personnel are cool, nothing bad to say about them. Went there at 16:00 for a pick up at 22:00-24:00 on rate confirmation, with the idea for early loading. But the person in shipping surprised me with the news that the load will not be ready before 3:30 am, might be ready even later, cant be sure. Gave me the choice to drop the trailer and they love it to a door, and to wait there at the property or to go to the close truck stop (gallops 10 min away). Went there and make my 10h break, came back 3:30 and still wasn’t ready, 5:30 knock on the door, and finally I could hook and move. And the amazing brokers from XPO paid detention after 3h free of charge, and started counting from midnight. Never again.

Put your trailer in the assigned door, and they will get you when it's done. 4 hours for me, but the product was being made. Friendly people.
