“5 ⭐️ was used to highlight my post... I’ve lived here for a long time and yesterday I was informed that the complex has been **SOLD!** The informational flyer posted to my door encouraged tenants to come up to the office and introduce themselves. After chatting with the new property mgr & one of the new owners, I left feeling fairly hopeful that things will be changed & turned around. Obviously, after the previous owners I’m skeptical but the new property mgr (Elizabeth) said “ I hope you give is a chance to get things in order and gain your trust” which was something that not only surprised me but somewhat encouraged me to have a bit of faith about the changes to come from the new regeim. I really hope I’m not duped & disappointined yet again! Stay tuned....”

“Staff treats you like family. They care about what you need and do what they can to meet that need. The apartments are well kept, clean, and designed well. Depending on where you live on the property you will have more or less children to contend with. In the nearly 5 years we have lived here there has only been 1 crime that affected the complex and staff took steps to immediately fix the problem. I feel safe here.”
