I paid almost 1600 to move into this place it was not even cleaned and I was informed that it was completely remodeled yeah remodeled when they built this place I was never informed of a cockroach infestation and because of this I ended up covered in hives the first week I moved into because I was highly allergic to whatever pesticides they put down I’m so disappointed in how they try to help they don’t help my cupboards are made up of corkboard and screws not even sturdy enough to hold my dishes I live in a 3 bedroom unit and I have to go to another unit to do laundry and oh yeah the dryers don’t get hot I spent over 15 dollars to wash 2 loads they want 1250 a month for this place and it’s not even worth 600 I can move out before the end of the month and get my deposit back but what about the other 1000 I paid to move in here this is a joke and I will be taking them to court

Management is shit and changing 24/7. Won't fix ACs. Maintenence doesn't do shit there lazy. And oh dont worry if you get locked out after hours they won't do shit but call you 2 weeks later asking if you got in. All they want is money with no actual respect for the ones living there or a care.

Slide door fixed with duct tape
Half the units don't have a working dishwasher
Outdated website shows a pool, but there is none
Playground is rusted and broken
Told me to put my bike on the bikerack not the hallway or MY balcony that I pay for. I did what they said, 3 days later they threw it away. THIEVES!
They wanted to charge $25 per pile of dog crap, but don't care about the excessive trash everywhere, or the mice and roaches, or the mold, or the broken appliances, or no A/C in the middle of summer for over half their units.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! News has been here twice and will be showing up AGAIN because of these conditions. These slumlords are in it for the money, they don't care about you, your kids, or your health.

Lived here and they are terrible. They didnt allow me to tour the apartment before getting it.
It constantly smelled like weed and trash, and the apartment was trashed upon moving in. I complained about it and asked if they could fix it, and they refused to fix anything saying that i could just leave and move out if i was dissatisfied.
I lived there for only 6 months before moving out

No stars is the correct answer to give along with a shutdown of the place. A full year of this, and my attorney is going to have a field day with all the evidence we have. I highly recommend others to avoid this place, and if you live here file a lawsuit. I promise you will win.

You can’t even get your mail here at all you literally have to go to the post office I wouldn’t recommend Golfview to anyone code enforcement was already out here I heard taking photos mold animals in walls drain flies electrical problems mold dust dirt and grime stairs creek or people are smoking pot and it’s
Filling up the hallway with their nasty smoke tenants are asked if we know anyone to do HVAC to send them their way to the manager broken ac lay all around the complex people fighting and around flying through the parking lots they were on the news already for their mess they created maintence request get deleted from your file without even helping you

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Do not live here. Sure it might be a bit cheaper than other places, but it sure makes up for it for the 500$ electric bill you’ll get (I’m home maybe 14 days out of the month, and don’t use much electric). Then let’s not forget them not showing me the apartment prior to the lease signing or the fact my building had cockroaches ( couldn’t go back bc I am now in a binding lease.) Oh! And do you like A/C in the summer? Not a chance here. I have put in a maintenance request 4 times in the last two week. They do not care. DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The unit is in ok condition, there has been bugs seen since I moved in, and I have had guest say they saw mice. A friend has the same issue and I have heard a lot from others of the same. I can't reach someone in the office for over a week now, and the mailbox is full, so no message is left. I can't check my mail until they give me a new key, yet nobody is reachable its frustrating when i pay rent on time. Also, rent is somewhat high for the conditions in my humble opinion. When you deal with maintenance, they're pretty cool and seem knowledgeable. The office lady, when I have dealt with her she seems nice as well, so Im not sure who is to blame for the conditions, but they're real.

If you like mold, mice, broken appliances, broken door latches, no a/c in the bowels of summer, way higher than normal electricity bills from having to run space heaters in the winter, cockroaches, a green pool, a rusty swingset for your children to play on and get tetness, fire hazards, rotted balconies, ridiculously costly rent, and not a maintenence man with in an entire trip to the moons worth of distance to be found, this just might be the place for you!**Now let's cue a comment that they are surprised I'd leave a one star review as if they don't know they are slumlords.

These apartments are absolutely deplorable. I do not personally live there, but I know several people who do/have. The mice problem is out of control on the highest possible level. There is black mold at every turn, broken appliances that have been reported to be fixed and haven't been, some have broken patio door latches, cockroaches, cheaply done flooring, no a/c for years despite telling tenets they are "on it", no furnace for most of the winter causing tenants to use space heaters (dangerous), rotted balconies on the edge of caving in. They advertise a pool, and playground, yet the pool is green and unusable and the playground equipment is rusty and unsafe. All the while they keep throwing in fees and raising rent. Absolute Slumlords! The whole place needs bulldozed.

mold issues and mice infested. trash constantly overflowing apartments have water damage the pool is filled with green gross water the kids play area is rusted, random fees always being tacked onto your rent poor management can't ever reach office staff instead of fixing the issues they do their best to cover them up. this place is a standing health hazard
