Had the unit for two weeks before it was broken into and all of my stuff was stolen. Thousands of dollars worth of stuff. Was told it would be months before I MIGHT be compensated. Company does not care. Police state it’s broken into all the time and the cameras are worthless for identifying suspects.
Update: After cleaning everything up at the unit and reorganizing, my unit was broken into AGAIN! No idea what all they stole this time as all of my boxes and belongings were thrown around and spilled all over the place. I received no notification of a break in from the facility, so either the staff have no idea when the units are being broken into because the security is that awful or they are in on it. Had I known this was a problem with this facility, I never would have stored my stuff here. I have lost irreplaceable belongings and the staff could care less, they literally have no empathy.

I arrived a few hours early before, lot closing time. With 4 hours left I contacted the phone number printed beside the fence gate outside. Upon further investigating I concluded that the storage center was very secure and entrusted to high standards for security. If I would have known that the gate doesn't close, I would have rented somewhere else. When I called in I was told the gate would be fixed soon so I went ahead and started moving things in called the next day. Then I was told I could move to a different unit after it already pulled everything in. I am disabled and only have one person helping me who is disabled too so that is a little hard to do. The gate was still not fixed on Thursday. I don't feel like my stuff is secure there. I hope you have cameras there. I have just put everything I own my home, my sheds, everything I own in there and the insurance you offered is not enough to cover everything I own in there and the only reason I did it was because I thought it was locked secure gate. So I don't know what to say and that's you. Happy about it

Raised the price super high just a few months after having them. Were offering the same-sized unit to newcomers around $70 and at the same time charging me around $130. Moved all our stuff out and never going back.

My storage unit was broken into and all of my items were stolen and they told me that i was liable for everything and of course the gate didn’t work and the cameras weren’t working as well
