It's another small accessed gas station....I kno you gotta make money but why not buy places w a lil more land so ur construction plans can include bigger more convenient and allow ability to turn around n get out parking lots.....why? Why? You already spending a lot of money to build all these gas stations why not either make building smaller for bigger parking lot or buy a little bit more land and make bigger lot.....you already have at least one employee that has his car parked there all day and that 1/3 of the lot....so make more space for a more easy entrance and exit......
