Trailer should be precooled and clean but they didn't check and took 4 hours to load after appointment time, arrived one hour prior. This is not acceptable in hurry up industry.

2/20/26 MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CLEAN TRAILER!!!!! IT CAN NOT SMELL AND YOU NEED 2 LOAD BARS!!! loading took about 2.5 hours. Not too bad. They are very serious about clean trailers. Set trailer to -10 to be safe. My load was -10. 36k coming out. 3/4 of trailer.
