Times are super inconvenient for anyone who has a day job and when you ask someone else to pick up your packages because they aren’t utilizing the oversized boxes they say you don’t have anything

Why won't they just put my oversized mail in the oversized mailbox. Just like almost all of us I work and can never make it there to pick up. Just give me a key and put it in large box. It's your issue of delivery not mine. And of course it's impossible to contact the Brooklyn office what am I to do.
