My experience with Dave’s Computer World has been excellent since day one! My most recent experience was this month, January 2024 when I was scammed & hacked. Ben did an excellent diagnosis & repair (ASUS ROG Laptop LCD Replacement) to fix a display with a horizontal banding issue... Ben & Dave are honest, friendly and experts at what they do... I highly recommend them to anyone needing PC / Laptop service that is beyond a Do It Yourself situation... I am reasonably savy at Do It Myself PC / Laptop service / repair, but I know my limitations, and know when it's time to let the PRO's deal with it...

Not too shabby. I would give it 5 stars for service because literally that's all they have. The store interior and front is in shambles with bric-a-brac laying willy-nilly all around. Wind charms and magnets all strewn about like an angry child's science project. If it were a "Computer Store" then there would be relevance in the decor at least. Again, this review would be 5 stars except that the owner will not allow for his business to become business-like. Props to the guy who works the front office there. He is really cool. Maybe he should be allowed to run the show.

Dave has built at least 2 computers for me. Maybe 3. I've lost track. I have been very satisfied with them and only replaced them in order to upgrade.

DCW charged my daughter $123.75 to tell her they could not fix her computer. Would have expected a phone call for authorization.

Just bought my second computer at Dave's Computer World. Why go to a big box? Dave will build a computer to suit your needs or hook you up with a laptop that's just what you need. The key quality for Dave's is service...before and after the sale. Dave and Ben patiently listened to my questions and weren't put off by my list of needs. they do everything for you...build, customize, data transfer. They pride themselves on making your desktop look just like your previous one. The most telling part of their service was when I was leaving the shop with my new computer. Dave said to me:" Now don't be shy about calling us if you have any questions". Can you imagine Best Buy saying that? I'm a Dave's customer for life.

The absolute best in computer repair. Dave is a gem...honest and will treat you well. Repair service is top-notch and speedy. We have tried other places and always come back to Dave's for our computer repair needs.
