Wish I could give 0 stars. She is absolutely rude and does not have a single ounce of customer service. Everything in our order was wrong and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix it. Not even apologize. Refuses to give a refund when she forgot our order and then made it completely wrong. Also the flowers were literally dying! White roses were brown and falling apart. Save yourself a HUGE headache and go somewhere else!!

Rude, don’t do business here. My sister had a vow renewal and planed this with owner last November. For the ceremony oct 5th 2024. My wife and I was supposed to pick up the flowers and they didn’t even remember that this was ordered. Nothing was done. She did say she would make it right and have them delivered to Fisher for the event. She arrived and made something different than what was ordered. Here are first the pictures that was presented to the owner and then the picture of what was delivered. When she was asked to make this right she has refused and refused to issue any refund and refused to even apologize. She only stated them my sister who had been thinking about this for years and who loves purple. Changed her order after the fact. In no way was any of that true.

Called last minute to move up my delivery day. They were delivered 30 min later. Simply one of the best & most accommodating businesses around.

It's always a nice experience. I stop in on mothers Day while visiting and get her flowers. Great store with nice gifts, besides the nice flowers.

We stopped in today and needed a last minute bouquet for our sister's graduation. I didn't get her name, but the lady was SOOO accommodating and kind and helped us figure out what we needed quickly. She assembled a beautiful bouquet and we would definitely go back if we are in town again!

Ivy and Violets did my daughter's wedding flowers. While the bouquets were pretty, they were not what we ordered. The florist offered no suggestions other than to check out ideas on pinterest. The bridal bouquet was the same size and shape as the bridal party bouquets. The bride wanted some spill in her bouquet but due to her petite size, questioned the finished size. She did not want the bouquet to be overly large. The only difference between the bridal flowers and the others was the bride's flowers were predominately white. Initially we gave the florist the types of flowers we wanted but later were told they were unavailable and could be substituted with artificial flowers. After we reduced the number of flowers needed, we were told they did not deliver.

Do not recommend. I’d give zero stars. Horrible customer service. This Sandy lady was beyond rude. My flowers look like they were picked out of a yard outside and put together by a 4 year old. I could’ve gotten nicer ones from the grocery store but I’m in another state and trusted this place to present beautiful flowers for such an important day! highly unsatisfied!!!!

Terrible flowers, Terrible service! Ordered Flowers thru website, flowers were to be delivered by certain time as indicated on my order. Flowers were not delivered at correct time, and flowers that arrived did not even come close to what picture showed on website. Upon calling store to ask for explanation, i was immediately given attitude and excuses about Covid is why flowers dont look like website? It came across as owner knew flowers looked like crap and got called out and immediate went into excuse mode rather than how can we help. I would strongly recommend do not use them, I tried to use local small business and I paid the price for crappy flowers that look like a kindergarten put together! AVOID THIS BUSINESS THERE TERRIBLE! PLACES LIKE THIS NEED TO CLOSE!

If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible customer service. Flowers were nothing like what should have been received. Flowers bought at a grocery store are nicer than the ones you can buy at this florist.

Extremely overpriced. They charge an outrageous amount & you barely get any flowers in the bouquets. Also the flowers all die within a couple of days. I've gotten flowers a lot prettier, that last a couple weeks & a lot more flowers from Walmart. I'll never order flowers from here again.

I would never choose this florist if I was looking for a meaningful bouquet to be delivered in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area. I have received a few. I’m famol are in Ireland and ordered online. This is the balloon I received with an underwhelming arrangement at Easter and this was my graduation arrangement that was cheap and cheerful (but totally missing the elegance). Please use McKinneys flowers where you actually will get what you pay for.
