Very rude and condescending people work here. They act like they are doing you a favor for even being there. It feels they've forgotten you are a paying customer and make their job possible. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I've had several issues with getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Last night after working 13 hours I arrived at CVS and got in the drive through as I have a leg injury. Didn't even get a notification that my medication was ready but I called and was told it was ready. Sat in drive thru while they spent over 15 minutes with 1 customer. By the time I was able to pull forward they closed the window. Went inside on an injured leg and was told very rudely that I should have come inside sooner!!!!!!!! No. The person who took up over 15 minutes should have gone inside. Very unfriendly staff. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I would NOT recommend them for anything.

Went to pick up a script on Saturday morning on the 6th of July.Saw a sign on front window saying pharmacy was closed on Saturday and Sunday. What responsible drug store closes a pharmacy for two days so a customer can't get the script they need for pain. They should be ashamed as a business for this.

I went to CVS as it very close to home and needed some Diet Pepsi and I also got some Easter candy as that was half price. Brookville's CVS is very nice. Though I think I bought the last 2 2Lt Diet Pepsi's.
