Horrible company to work with. Trying to get update billings. Weeks, months, I can and they just keep saying 3 to 4 days it will be fixed and now months I'm still waiting and get the same response everything. How do you not see in your notes that the last person just said to me what your saying now 2 weeks later.

0 Stars. Online customer service (chat) is too limited to be of much use. Phone customer service 90% of the time is someone who does not speak English very well. My last order was delayed over a week with no explanation and no offer to re-schedule, and it still was not delivered on the stated day, it was a day later.

I Was just made aware that I am paying an annual fee of $250 a year for tank rental and I have been a customer since 1981! I feel it should have ended or at least been greatly reduced at some point!
