If I could leave 0 stars I would. It was like pulling teeth to get some to help me as I’m in the store alone with my two children needing a battery. Then the guy refuses to sell me the battery I know I need because he wants to upsell me on a battery I don’t need. RUDE. LAZY.

My experience today was excellent. My windshield wipers broke off during the snow storm last night and was not able to drive home from work. Tony....the store manager looked up on the computer to see what size I needed. Once he found out, he walked me to the available options for my car. He told me the range of prices and suggested based on experience to buy the mid level...not the high end blades (Bosch). 4 hours later after getting my car, I came back to the store and he put them on in the cold weather no charge. I appreciate you Tony. Thanks for the 5 star service. I will be back again. Keep up the raving fan service!
