nice clean bathroom and water fountain at the dog park. lots of shade along the trail. traffic stops at street crossings. Awesome Trial.

After living downtown in the city in Baltimore 14 years this trail was a pretty amazing experience. Even when we lived in Pittsburgh the hills and deep wooded trails were a bit intimidating at times compared to this well manicured B & O Trail through Avon and Brownsburg. Mostly flat where a 15 mile round trip can be knocked out in about an hour long enjoyable ride without being overly exhausting. Happy to pass through nearby dairy farms, neighborhoods, horse trails, wild flowers, several small rivers, creeks, and several bridges. The path includes several pedestrian signals and stop lights where a few county roads intersect. We saw a good amount of wildlife, including birds, squirrels, ducks, cows, horses- even some path signage to help you identify local spec.

A great trail that goes all the way to Mansfield. Lots of points of interest from farm land, wetlands to something for everyone. As you approach Mansfield the trail goes under many freeways that are artistically painted for appeal. North Lake Park is the end of the line of the trail, but off trail biking through Mansfield is a plus.
