Brought my vehicle in for a small oil leak. Diagnosed fast and sent photos. The service writer (starts with a B) called me and we started to discuss my options. There were several leaks according to their inspection. I questioned ’B’ (service writer) and asked questions. Now here is where the owner will say I swore. He’s correct. I used the F word several times as an adjective. I never cursed at B or said any negative towards him. I actually apologized to B about my frustration and told him he had nothing to do with it.
I agreed to the job, I was told I needed to give 50% down in which I obliged with a CC. After an hour I called back and asked them to wait because I wanted to do some research.
I picked up my vehicle the next morning ready to commit to a $2600 repair. I had my card out ready to pay. Service writer Banzo (?) dismissed himself and got a guy that introduced himself to me as Ben. Ben informed me that this wasn’t the shop for me
I’m thankful he did. Turns out their inspection and diagnosis where completely wrong. Thanks Ben. You’re correct. Not the shop for me. ‘Best Guess Auto’ at its best.
To sum it up. I was never abusive to service writer B, did I cuss, yes, did I cuss at him or the shops abilities to fulfill my needs, no.
This is a shop that clearly does volume. However, if you question or challenge the service writer to be more specific, they will refuse you business. Perfect shop for sheep’s. Thank you Ben. I will do my best to tell this story.

I brought my wife's 2015 Chevy equinox to have front end repairs done and they did an outstanding job for a very great price I recommend people going here because I will be going here from now on with both my cars

It was very easy to schedule the appointment to get my oil changed. With the change, they completed a thorough inspection of the overall vehicle. The service manager did a great Joe explaining what they did and what they recommended. There was no hard selling inc. Will return. 👍😊

En route from the Quad Cities to Tennessee, my car starts having issues in Indianapolis; someone recommended Ben’s Garage. Boaz and his staff were courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They discovered the problem in less than 8 hours and solved all of my problems! EVERY city needs a Ben’s Garage!

I can’t say enough good things about Ben’s Garage. After running in circles with bigger shops who couldn’t resolve my car’s climate control issue, they took the time to really look into it. Not only did they fix the problem quickly and correctly, they treated me with so much kindness along the way. They didn’t just repair my car—they gave me peace of mind. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Ben’s Garage in Brownsburg, Indiana changed the oil, rotated tires, recharged the AC, put in a new battery, among other items to keep my 04 Chevy running strong.
Changed the oil and rotated tires on my Jeep several months ago.

Took my car in and met a really nice guy named Mikey and Richard they held get me schedule for my oil change and did an inspection they took pictures of what was going on a sent me a text! This was so nice because I have no clue about cars and could show my husband! Also thank you to Mikey that used to work at Subaru and informed we can take our car there to for oil changes and he would take care of it! Will be going back!

Very professional and friendly. I love their honesty about what truly needs maintenance and what they recommend can wait . My vehicle was done in the time agreed upon. Wouldn't go anywhere else! They even called a day or two later to make sure everything was still going well.

My family and I were approaching a vacation out of town and my car was overdue for some maintenance. I called and they were able to get us in within a couple of days and we got my car repaired in about a week. Everyone I spoke to there was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire repair process. Thankful for the great service.
