Really bad service, the staff is super unfriendly, always sighing when you ask for help or need assistance, no customer service etiquette at all, really bad for business, they need customer service training - I’d be willing to offer.

I went into this store mainly for bathroom, since I am an Uber driver, I frequently stop at all bp, amoco, speedway, Casey's and the like.i have memberships at all of them so I can build up points. Today, when I went in and got some snackies, the attendant at the register did not even ask for my reward card she immediately scanned her own. I said I have my own rewards. Her reply made me write this, "Well, I just want to make sure it gets on there. It really doesnt matter until you get alot of points and it takes time",
"Yeah, but I am building up my own points, not yours"
I got a simple, "sorry" that was it, she finished out the transaction like she didn't just steal from me.
It might not be much in points but it makes a difference if she is scanning her own EVERY transaction, it makes a huge difference. Like skimming pennies off the top and keeping it for herself. This was at around 11:55-12 inside the store and a few minutes outside refilling my gas on my short break. On June 28, 2024. I don't appreciate being stolen from and the dismissed as she did. If I could give her 0 stars I would for her blatant theft and her not caring about or fixing it after I mentioned it.

The man behind the counter was very kind and helpful in September 2021 when I was looking for anti nausea medication. Thank you! was purchasing some cigars for my husband and the gentleman behind the counter told me that it was illegal to purchase cigars for someone else. I looked it up and it's only a lego if you're purchasing for someone that is under twenty one. My husband is about to be forty, I will not be visiting this b p again. This person was also very rude and dismissive.

I would highly recommend that everyone stay clear of this store I was treated very rudely from one of the employees yesterday. I was also called a lier from the store manager when she returned my call. There is alot more gas stations near by I would most definitely use one of them instead. I will never use them again.

I just went into BP/Rickers in Bburg and 2 ladies helped more than needed! Very well trained and were nice to see 1st thing in the morning. I lost my receipt somehow on my way home so I can’t give them direct shoutouts except right here. Michelle was who helped me and manager Meghan (spelling?) helped with switching pumps. Very sweet ppl working in there at all times. Even when I 1st moved here 8 yrs ago, your manager at the time and I became good friends! Great place, always clean and safe!

Stopped in at 2:30am just to find a note on the door that said they were closed for shift change and would reopen in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later and they STILL haven't reopened
