We put a runner on our stairs , wood flooring in our new renovated basement and carpeted the whole upstairs of the house , three separate projects and I used Karen each time .”

“I used Hoosier Carpet to install new carpet in my house. I worked with Roger for most of the process and he was great to work with. They did a good job installing the carpet. There were some minor issues after installation and I was told to let the carpet settle for a few weeks and that they warranty their labor. After several weeks there was still an issue. They sent people out to fix the issue as soon as my schedule allowed. They honored their warranty and worked with me until the issue was resolved. They offer a great price for a quality product and they stand behind what they sell. The only criticism I can give is that the installers seemed rushed. They made sure I was happy in the end, so it's a minor issue. Overall, I would recommend Hoosier Carpet Outlet.”
