My car was damaged going through this car wash. There was a big truck that was to close going into the wash behind me and the wheels jerked it forward into the back of my car. It left a dent. They refused to pay the claim. Even with cámara back up. Beware!

If you’re going to push and advertise your unlimited wash program, then maybe fix your lane alternating system. You have two huge long lines in the unlimited lanes, and zero cars in the regular. Allowing anyone to pull up and skip the line. After all, don’t we pay to come whenever. I expect to be in and out quickly.

Quit pressuring people to upgrade to ultimate 360. I already pay for the unlimited so I can be in and out real fast, but am held up every time by a person trying to sell the unlimited 360, causing the line to not move. I’ve been approached every time. NO MEANS NO

The crew went above & beyond- manually scrubbing pine sap off my car after it sat under a pine tree for 2+ weeks. They exceeded my expectations by far and I greatly appreciated their help! Special thanks to Ava & Brody.

They no longer except cash payments card only would have been a five star rating if they would have continued excepting cash payments. I am not signing up for a membership I don't wash my car enough times to justify getting a membership
